Payment
We currently accept payment through Paypal or by Check or Money Order. Orders paid by Check or Money Order will be shipped after payment clears.
Shipping Information
Products are shipped via USPS Priority carrier within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. International orders will be shipped via Worldwide Expedited (please allow at least 4-5 business days for delivery) .
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for products damaged in shipping. Problems must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. Please contact us for authorization and instructions. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Authorization is decided at the sole discretion of Eyegasms.

A CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM THE PRODUCT OR ITS USE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EYEGASMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE, WHETHER BASED ON TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE. FURTHER, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER LIMITATIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, BASED ON NEGLIGENCE.
